Very unfriendly service, so that you didn't feel welcome as soon as you entered. The food was also rather mediocre and not really recommended. The only plus point was the delicious beer. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We were nice to eat here about 6 months ago and the service was right, let's say rustic. At the time we owed it to the fact that the waiter wasn't having his best day, but now we know that it is part of the program. Since we didn't really like the food, we left it with a beer this time. But that was only possible with the appropriate hurdles. In detail it looked like this: It had rained and a table on the side was free. When we steered towards it, the waitress wanted to keep us from sitting down because the chairs were still wet. But I replied that two of them are dry and we just sat down (cheekily). When later drying the other chairs, she hummed her displeasure and then took some time to take our order, but we were not impressed. But that the whole thing was not a coincidence, we could observe immediately afterwards: An elderly couple heads for an empty table and is stopped abruptly by the waitress: "You can't sit there, it still has to be disinfected!" The two then ask if they can wait a moment and when they leave, the waitress only says: "That takes a while, I have other things to do!" The two turn around, visibly disturbed and changed, and take a seat opposite in front of the other restaurant. There they are received very kindly and the man needs a while to calm down. A short time later, the next guests are also processed. When we tried to pay, we were punished again for taking possession of the chairs. When we asked for the bill and were ignored a few times before, we had to be satisfied with the following answer: "I'll tell the colleague, but I'll tell you right away, this can take a long time!"

Our absolute favorite restaurant. When we're in the area, a visit to us is a must. Found it 3 years ago and just loved it. The food is so delicious, it will be remembered. The ambience is also very pleasant. Service is great! We always had lovely ladies !! We'll be back - definitely Dogs are also allowed

Good Bavarian economy in the center of Ingolstadt. With beer garden. Hearty Bavarian food. I had the Münchner Schnitzel, very tasty and something different. Very large portion, a challenge even for a good eater like me. Herrnbräu beer, also very tasty. Very good price-performance ratio. Gladly again!

Perfect traditional food!

The food was really great. But service is also crucial. The lady was quite overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the inn was not child-friendly either. The little one had to wait as long for the meal as we did. It's actually a shame because the food was really good. LG

One must to go in Ingolstadt. History and Tradition of Bavarian Culture. I was there for the first time of my life about 14 years ago and still you have there this same quality like before. Mayby therefore that many members of staff work there until today. I like this place with his "Innenhof" and traditional interior.

While the food was good, albeit somewhat on the greasy side and with industrial fries as sides, the services was rather slow and a tad rude.

A hearty tavern with friendly staff and delicious food! After prior reservation we were there with about 30 people for lunch. The drinks came quite quickly and the food was not long in coming. All in all definitely worth a visit! 😉

Mixed feelings. The beer is amazing. The food just as good. We witnessed a very weird situation where a family who came in were treated very badly as soon as they entered, not entirely sure why, but the server was picking at them (in German) for minor things from the start. Sadly this could only have been either because a) one of the family were.. not white, or two the family were large and arriving a little later than 'a family should'.

Super nice and cozy place. Nice staff and good food. The place is wearing traditional clothing and keeps the past that way. With the photos you have the children's menu schnitzel with fries and also the sausage with fries.

Great beer!

Nice ambiance, with some seating out the front and also a little courtyard in the back. Fantastic Bavarian beer to enjoy and the meals are quite lovely. The schnitzel is quite nice, they also have a few fish meals. The potato salad is some of the best I've ever had, it does however have little bits of bacon in it, so it's not vegetarian friendly.

Quaint Bavarian inn with delicious food. In front of the house a beer garden, in the courtyard also very comfortable. Nice service. Price performance fits.

Nice tavern in the heart of the city, my choice was the Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes, both in butter in the pan prepared, very delicious. Not eaten such a good Wiener Schnitzel for a long time. In addition there was the bright of the local "Herrnbräu". It is very busy, even during the week. Therefore, you should book with groups, larger than 4 people possibly. Price / performance is absolutely fine! Clear recommendation :)
